December is a special time of year at the West Citrus Elks Lodge #2693, and in the spirit of the season, we are proud to recognize two outstanding members as our Elks of the Month. Exalted Ruler Mike Floch honors Deb Spence on his left and Robin Corddry on his right for their dedication, generosity, and continued commitment to the Lodge. Their willingness to step up, serve others, and embody the true meaning of Elk values makes this recognition especially meaningful during this season of giving. Roxanne “Roxie” Bartosek
During our lodge meeting on November 3rd, Exalted Ruler Mike Floch proudly announced our newest Elk of the Month, Roxanne “Roxie” Bartosek! If you’ve been by the lodge recently, you’ve likely seen Roxie in action — enthusiastically selling raffle tickets, or passing out jello and pudding shots with that signature smile of hers. Be sure to stop by, show Roxie some love, congratulate her on this well-deserved honor… and maybe even buy her a drink!
Susan and Don Adams
Our very first Elks of the Month, announced in October 2025, are Susan and Don Adams, whose leadership and commitment have made a remarkable impact. Susan and Don played key roles in organizing the Veterans Event in September and are now hard at work preparing for the upcoming Veterans Dance in November. In addition, Susan serves as Chair of both the Sewing for Veterans group and the Veterans Committee, tirelessly supporting those who have served our country. Their passion, teamwork, and generosity set an inspiring example for all members—thank you, Susan and Don, for everything you do!
